Opinion: Work Hard
Why sometimes we feel Unsuccessful and have to work hard ?
–> Imagine that when a human is born nature has kept all the possible patterns of Algorithms within us and a majority of them are kept locked at Beginning. And each pattern has a specific way of unlocking it and the way to unlock may be different for different persons. That is the basics,
Now our activities is responsible to unlock the patterns. Someone may Unlock the specific pattern the earliest with some specific way which may not be the same for other person, and the other person if consistently work on that with some other way he may get success, early or late with consistency you have the power to achieve anything. The way is attached by our environment i.e., people’s and things around us — it matters what role they play in awakening us to find the way to decode and unlock. The famous quote so says “PRACTICE MAKES A MAN PERFECT”. You Know the Algorithm – You Know the way.
When a teacher teaches something to a child. And the child remembers it, memorizes and reproduces without any assistance makes us realize the inherent capacity and capability that the nature has given to make that thing happen. Remember that Nature has Loads for Us.
The very purpose of Education is to come out of Stereotype and Prejudice. Education is the Powerful tool that can change the World. Education must not be solely for Marks, Job, prestige…
Whatever that is SUSTAINABLE will always Remain here, we need not worry…

Opinion: Indian Constitution = Respect —> Living Entity
The answer for the Question that why we have to Respect our Constitution is very straight forward from my side, we human beings have very limited amount of time for Life but constitution has to be followed for generations to come. We are following it with Collective Consensus. Though there may be criticisms, we have powerful tool called AMENDMENT which makes constitution a Living entity for Changing Times and Changing Situations. Constitution gives a sense of orderliness for Citizens.
Same way, we have Religions to follow where we actually follow some rules agreed within us. It feels that, the very concept of following religion is to maintain orderliness in Life and Stay Focused. As the famous Quote says “EMPTY MIND IS A DEVILS WORKSHOP”. We must not take things as Granted, there are some reasons that our fore-fathers have made these things for us. This may be one way of Finding in this Dimension…… What you say ??? Ha…….! Think!!!!!

Opinion: Nature
In reality though we are living in a Physical World and attached to it and have to Take care of it. The thing that Hinders our Progress and Growth is not Money, Assets, Capital, resources, Personal Problems, Family Issues, Other Peoples, Lack of Knowledge, Education, Health, language, Opposite gender attraction, Fear,…etc., but the Limit that you put for Yourselves in your Mind is what that matters the most. And to realize this is not easy,,, you just make aware of this, Believe in yourselves and move in this Dimension of Overcoming all the Challenges until the Mind is Nourished by the Maturity. Human Resource Development is the best asset to a Nation. Rather than Concentrating on Accumulation of Wealth, Concentrate on Helping Each-other. That’s the only way to SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT. The Nature is much more INTELLIGENT than what we can THINK, either know the Nature’s Rules and Sync with it (or) get ready for the Lesson that the Nature wants to teach for our Wrong Doings. This is Just a Opinion from my Thinking you can Accept it or Reject it, No More Forcing.-Hemanth Kumar S G
